Could use some pointers on optimisation

Hi folks! Just like to give a premptive thanks for taking the time to read this. Ive been messing around with different settings with what feels like forever trying to improve my FPS, I've got screenshots of all my settings. Honestly I haven't a clue how freedreno settings actually work and maybe that could help. So far I'm playing Pokémon scarlet. FPS runs pretty damn smooth at around 26-30 apart from some minor graphic issues with lighting and characters eyes sometimes stretching but when I enter any town my FPS tanks to around 7 - 9.

I was playing this on the first eden version and getting FPS stable at 17 in towns with the same driver.

If I could get any points I'd really appreciate it!
