Hi everyone,

I took a class (e.g., Intro to Accounting) at a community college in Hong Kong and got a bad grade. I want to retake the equivalent class at a California Community College (CCC) to overwrite it for my UC transfer application.

My worry: The Hong Kong syllabus format looks very different from the US one.

1. Will UC recognize them as the same course and apply grade forgiveness?

2. Has any international student successfully done this?
