Hi, I have some experience with electrical tools and I've never heard a stock drill sounding like that. Can someone help me figure out if that's normal or there is something wrong with this drill? Not sure if I should put a reclamation on it. Thanks in advance!

Additional info:

- it sounds the same with/without bits in it

- it sounds like that on every clutch setting

- sound was like that straight out the box

- I've noticed that the drill was not "pristine" in the box, like there was a minor amount of debris stuck in some creases but I do not assume ill will and that it was already used before
