Is when I withdraw technically when I “made” money? If I only withdraw twice a year, does it mean that I made money just those two months, or should I report it was spaced out? Thanks.

Hello, my family has a cat that has been severely matted for at least a year. I need recs for someone who will completely shave him (I know it’s considered bad). The vet starts at $300 and he doesn’t need all that since they would sedate him, not because he’s bad, that’s just what they do with grooming. Thank you for any help.
