On holiday and was eating and my filling fell out. It’s a Sunday so unable to access a dentist and no pharmacy around had tooth cement unfortunately.

My main question is do you think it will be an extraction? As you can see I already have one tooth missing that side from a bad chip which I didn’t get soon to quickly enough and now I’m worried I may lose another.

I’ve ordered tooth cement and arrive back home tomorrow and hoping to get seen Tuesday - just a bit anxious and would rather know either way! Thanks
