Phantom R1 pro handle bars
My grandad bought this phantom scooter from Costco, I was gonna assemble it for him but the handle bars aren't in the clamp? I tried sliding it to the right like it showed in the video, opening it vertically, nothing is working. Is this a factory problem or am I doing something wrong?
