Im really used to headphones and have a singular cable coming down from the side, i find y-splits to be pretty uncomfortable. is there a cable that can link both iems without y split?

The LED is supposed to light up once when the switch is pressed; however, it sometimes sends multiple inputs in a single stroke and even flickers when held down. It's from a GAMO2 FauceTwo I've had for 2-3 weeks...

I bought this arcade controller from gamo2. it works fine but some buttons make this horrible spring ringing sound when pressed. customer support keeps telling me to swap springs or flip them around, which i did… but the noise still persists. is there something i can do to fix this ?
