CSEA and PEF should vote NO

Because everybody's purchasing power has dropped 3 pay grades within the last two contracts.

No matter what pay grade you are in right now. 6 or 7 or 9 or 12 or 15 or 20. Subtract from 3 from that and it will equal the Purchasing power you had in 2016.

CSEA VS MINIMUM WAGE

Because most of CSEA members are close to minimum wage or even below it after paying health insurance and pension contributions.

Remember this when voting.

Minimum wage in the passed 10 years went from $8.75 an hour to $16.00 an hour. That's 83% increase

CSEA wages. Passed 10 years 23% increase

The new flyer that came out says

Roughly 90% of CSEA Tier 6 members now pay 3%

Members earning up to $75,000. now remain at 3%

So is CSEA saying that 90% of their members make less than $75,000 a year ???
