Hi there,

I am looking for a contractor recommendation for several jobs inside my house. I am looking to have my carpeted stairs ripped up and replaced with laminate flooring, I am hoping to have my 1980s wood railing replaced with metal spindles, and flooring for two small rooms replaced.

I have other jobs that I am wanting completed less urgently such as a gas fire place capped off, a backsplash completed in my kitchen, and tiling completed at the front door.

I will pay totally in cash but am hoping to find a contractor that is reliable and honest. I am grateful for any recommendations.
