Changed email by a hacker
My email account was hacked, and since then, the hacker has tried to change my email addresses on other accounts, such as Riot Games and Steam (where they succeeded) and Disney+ (where they didn’t succeed because I was alerted in time). They even blocked the “support discord” domain names. After that, I changed all my passwords and enabled two-factor authentication wherever possible.
I think they’re after my bank details, but unfortunately for them, none of my accounts have them.
I was able to recover my Steam account by opening a support ticket (it only took 4 hours), but I’m still waiting for a response from Riot Games and Discord, which tells me that no account is associated with this email address, even though it is.
I opened a ticket on Saturday evening for Discord (with screenshots showing the connection error message as well as previous emails I had received from Discord). It is also the same email I created my discord account with before it was changed. The bot sent me this message: "Thank you for your response and the details provided. We understand that the situation is complex and requires a thorough review. We have forwarded your request to a member of our team who will be able to review your case in detail. You will receive a response as soon as possible with the next steps to follow.

Do you know how long this will take? And is there any chance I might be able to recover this account, which I’ve had for almost 10 years now? I’m not sure what else I could provide as proof.
