Back Squat Form Check
Hey Guys, I've been trying to learn the back squat and just wanted to get your opinions on my form
Though I noticed I have been able to kinda get the form correctly if I descent slow and controlled and I kinda enjoy doing deep squats, but not sure if that's necessary. Also, to add I don't have any lower back ache or anything doing what I'm doing at the moment
Sorry for the lighting and for the long video. Just wanted to show the whole flow from unracking if i'm doing anything wrong
