Starting the gym

My main sport has wrapped up for the summer, so I'm planning to join my uni gym to keep my muscle mass up. Has anyone got any tips on what I should train/ how to train them? It's been a hot second since I've trained at a proper gym lol. I'm also on T gel, and am kinda worried about if I should go to the gym pre applying gel or post absorption

Dating advice

Guys I need dating advice. I'm not used to people flirting with me (average openly queer experience) but now apparently people HAVE started to flirt with me and I just haven't noticed/ rationalised that it's platonic. Has anyone got any tips for recognising when someone's hitting on you?

Mentally prepping for getting weighed?

So I've got my f2f appointment with the gender hormone clinic, where they'll check my blood pressure and conduct an inbody analysis. I'm kinda nervous about the inbody analysis, I'm recovering from what I think was an ED, and am worried seeing this'll fuck me up. Has anyone got any tips with dealing with that?

Friend might pull out of trip last minute, what should I do?

So, a friend and I have had a trip booked for months. Hostel, flights and everything. They've just told me that they might have to pull out due to health complications. We're meant to be flying with Easyjet, but I don't think they're refundable, and I don't think we'll be able to get the room deposit back as well. Idk what to really do in this situation, that was a lot of money I've lost- and they've said that they'll pay some of it back- but that's under the impression we get a partial refund. Is there anything I can do in this situation? Will I be able to get any money back? If I can't, do I just say fuck it and go on a solo trip? I've never gone on a solo trip before, so idk how well I'd do on one...
