I'm working for a London based company for about 10 months (dependant of my partner and in psw currently) as a Data and Business Analyst. I've got good feedbacks on my work and efficiency from other business teams as well as my manager and team mates.

My company has sponsorship license as well.

But when I joined they were looking for someone who didn't need sponsorship and I mentioned that I won't need that as "I already have work permit".

Now how do I ask for sponsorship? My visa ends next Feb.

My salary is around 38k, so that's another issue I'm worried about.

Help me how to discuss this with my manager, as this includes salary increase to 41.7 as well as the other perks to sponsor me.
