Something short. I see a lot of people comment on how it's silly that Luke was allowed to freely call himself a Skywalker and live on the same planet that Anakin is from.

This WOULD be a massive blunder, IF the Empire was actively looking for Luke or Leia. But the Empire is not looking for either of them. Vader certainly isn't looking for his children in ANH, and is only aware of having children at all in ESB.
