Looking for Fishing buddies, Milan - Italy

I've been trying to find fishing buddied for a while now and I regret to admit the Fly Fishing community is a closed setta. I joined a club, which is very friendly and enjoyable when it comes to meet during the week to talk about fishing, angling, tying and watch YT videos of fishing expedition, but very useless about finding actual buddy. Everyone has its restrictions from work, family, personal errands and so on and the match is very hard to make.
Beside from this I'm sure people go to fishing, I can see teams enjoying the river and build a group strategy for logistics of course and share casting days happily.
Of course I understand skilled Fishermans don't want to reveal their secrets , like spots, techniques or the magic trick they use indeed, but it's very frustrating being part of a club and just get pictures of the great catches of the day but none replying to invitations.
do really people like to be all alone fishing?
I know, it might be me, be being obnoxious or neat ;) , it might be just me, but since this has widely shared as general feelings, I came up with the idea of trying to build a sub and a communication channel eventually where people can organise groups, whatever size to find buddies.
This can start from Milan, Italy, where I'm based, but of course can be extended to whatever geography.
Happy to have foreign people's opinion, and experiences coming from other communities.
