Hi, my European ChatGPT account prompted me to use the Yoti service within 60 days to prove I’m of legal age via a selfie, document upload, or credit card transaction.

I planned to use the credit card transaction because I consider it less intrusive than the other options.

The 60 days have passed and my account has been suspended and to reactivate it I am forced to use services like Stripe or Persona exclusively with invasive methods that involve a selfie plus sending documents, while I can no longer use Yoti with a credit card.

Has anyone been able to complete this process with just a credit card transaction ?
