Installed the ACERBIS 3.9 TANK on my 2024DRZ400S.

I installed a petcock with the vacuum instead of the petcock it comes with.

I trimmed out the hole for the fuel and reserve tubes

Then drilled holes for bolts (10.6 45mm)

I used a magnet to drop bolts from the top of the tank.

Then I slid the petcock on.

Used the magnet to hold/push bolt.

Then I installed a paper washer,washer, lock washer then nut.(I used vice grips to hold the bolt and tighten nut)

I also had to grind down the seat bracket at the top, to slide in the seat.

Initially I couldn't get the back seat bolt holes to line up but the next morning they did 😅

I'm just happy with the tank not leaking.

I heard the Clarke 3.9 tank drz400 fits better.
