I am finally after 5 years starting my journey. My TransPlus doctor has told me that they will give me 1000mg of nebido every 12 weeks (with the 6 week maintenance dose) in my butt until they can get my GP to do it as I don't want to inject myself.

Im 5'8, 95kg. I smoke cigarettes and take codeine for pcos and Amitriptyline for migraines. What can I expect in the coming months after my first injection?

Any advice for how to prepare and any aftercare or side effects i should be prepared for? What changes are likely to happen and when?
