Alright mga kuya, im back this time with a good build with a 5060 graphics card. But that is not the concern, my concern is about kuryente, yung mga USB ports ng PC ko feels a bit electrifying like very mild lng yung electricty na nafefeel ko when im plugging in USB like my mouse and keyboard while its on.

I also have a USB stick that has a metallic or something metallic exterior. Difference is i can feel the electrifying on the very buttom of the usb stick but for the mouse and keyboard i can only feel them if i accidentally touch the parts that are supposed to be plugged.

Big question is, is this safe? Like am I supposed to feel a small electric current to my fingertips when plugging in USB devices to my PC.
