After my beloved 26 EX30 Ultra was totaled a few weeks ago, I decided to rejoin the XC60 family with a new Denim Blue over Nappa Blonde 26 XC60 T8 Ultra!

It was a quite difficult choice between the Denim Blue with the HK System and the Crystal White with the BW System. But after having lived with an Onyx Black 23 XC60 Ultimate with the BW System, I figured I could make a little sacrifice and live without the BW System.

While it definitely isn’t as good as the BW System, I think the color more than makes up for the shortfall of the HK System.

(First picture is it in all of its glory in the sun, Second picture is it next to my dad’s 23 XC90 T8 Plus)

PS: if anyone wants a lightly damaged EX30, my old one is on copart lol.

Recently picked up my EX30 Twin Ultra to become my new daily as a replacement for my XC60 T8 Ultimate. Had these on there and figured, why not try it out on the EX30? I’m very much now conflicted if I wanna keep them on or not. Got plenty of mixed reviews on them.

And before anyone says it, it does give off big “Oh no, a drug dealer is here” vibes.

Before you all pick up your pitchforks and torches, I come in peace just asking for some recs.

I currently have a set of Michelin Pilot Sports on my Offending Sled (pictured below) and was wanting to throw on a fresh set of rubber for a few events I’ll be participating in (private, not sanctioned by SCCA or NASA so don’t bother trying to bible thump the safety rule books).

The current wheels on my car are 265/35 R22s but I can probably downsize them a bit if there is a compatibility issue at hand.

Currently the two contenders are either a set of Michelin Sport Cup 2s or a set of Pirelli P Zeros.

I know someone mentioned getting Vitours but I don’t think they make them in a size big enough to clear the brakes, but don’t quote on me that, I may be wrong.
