Has anyone had luck tapering down using Vuse Pods?
Started out at the regular 5%, now I’ve been on 2.4% for about 3-4 weeks. I’m wondering when is the right time to drop down to 1.6%. And then down to 0%.
Does anyone have experience with this method? If so, what duration did you run for each %?
Were there any “signs” you were ready to drop down each time?
Thanks in advance!! Gonna start family planning in a few months and need to kick this habit first.
