So, is it better to buy normal extended warranty or that 499 6 years compressive warranty which requires 2 paid preventive maintenance services?

Also, recommend settings or options for low electricity bill. Is it better to use ai mode and let it do it's thing or better to limit it manually by using convert mode? As 1 ton is enough for that room but bought 1.5 ton incase they move later.
