Hello all,

Another day another post sadly.

So I opted to have TT deduct my fee from my refund so I know it has to hit their third party bank. WMR updated to sent 2 days ago and as of today neither TT or SBPTG says they have my refund or have a projected refund date. Is this normal? I'm worried about receiving my refund or it getting lost. The IRS window says May 4th to call them if I haven't received it by then but shouldn't TT or SBPTG have received it already? Next year definitely paying out of pocket for fees because this is just silly.

I submitted my taxes on 4/12

They were accepted 4/13

On 4/16 they were approved for a refund and stated it would be sent to my bank account on or before 4/29.

I checked the tax code on transcripts and it says 846 for 5/11

My bank hasn't received anything yet from the IRS and it's 4/29, isn't today the date they were supposed to submit it at the latest? I'm using cashapp as my bank so I was under the impression it would be deposited early but there's nothing yet.

Does anyone know what might be going on, I thought the dates were accurate and it would be sent by that date stated on where's my refund through the IRS portal.
