My doctor recommend Illeocal Valve release nightly

My doctor sent me this video and told me to try it nightly. Says it helps with chronic constipation. has this worked for anybody?

The ileocecal valve is a small segment between the small and large intestine. The valve is supposed to prevent back flow of large intestinal contents (that are teeming with bacteria) back into the small intestine. It can be stuck open or closed, causing abdominal and digestive symptoms, including SIBO.

SIBO/ IMO puffiness under eyes/ black and blue

Has anyone else experienced puffy eyes or dark black-and-blue looking bags under their eyes with SIBO/IMO?

I’m experiencing this right now and it seemed to come out of nowhere. It’s been going on for a few months now and it’s not going away.

If you’ve had this symptom, what ended up causing it for you, and what has helped?
