My Tropical milkweed has these spots showing up that have gotten worse. Its had some cold nights in the 40s, so im wondering if its stress related pigmentation, but it looks to be some kind of infection as well. It gets full sun all day. It gets watered consistantly. Could someone help with this? It has gotten worse.

These red spots and this discoloration of leaves has recently shown up. Im not sure if this is a fungal issue or environmental stress as there have been some nights in the 40s and 50s lately. My plant gets full sun from morning to night and is watered consistantly. (Just rained) Could anyone help me figure out what this is?
