So you’re telling me this will one day break down into useable compost??! Why am I so baffled and in such disbelief that this will work despite doing lots of research?? Can someone reassure me please 🤣

Not a smoker/rarely drink/22 female/however went through a period of severe depression for about 6 months that’s only just started improving. I was brushing my teeth maybe only once every 3 days, but back to twice a day now.

I have some sensitivity when I eat but I can’t put my finger on which tooth is causing it.

I will go to the dentist eventually but I physically cannot afford it right now sadly, so I’ve bought myself some fluoride varnish to do myself until then. Would it be recommended for these if they are cavities?
