HHI 140k, looking to buy our first home for around 500-550k w/ 5-10% DP depending on cost. With the current market it feels like this is the only time we can really get our foot in the door with home ownership.
Am I overstepping myself by thinking we can afford a home? I'm not savvy with money and the numbers
