I swapped an SSD into a new computer and have encountered issues getting pop os to boot

Hello everyone

I recently damaged the screen of a computer of mine, an hp spectre x360. Given that only the screen was damaged, I decided to buy a new computer and simply put the old ssd into it. The ssd has a windows partition, though errors I made during my install of pop os has resulted in some superfluous partitions as well. The ssd also seems to mount no problem, since I got the windows side up and running. However, attempting to load into the pop os side of the partition puts me on the GNU GRUB 2.12 bootloader. I followed some advice online to at least show the file directories of all the partitions, since im pretty sure that the issue is the computer simply doesn't know where the kernel is, but I have no clue to actually get it to load the right kernel. Here is what I have in there GRUB bootloader for context:

grub> ls
