[Routine Help] Seeking help/advice for my skincare routine and overall skin health

Hello, I am looking for a peer review of my routine and overall skin health.

A little bit about my skincare journey, I am 20 years old and Ive been using Tret & Taza and sunscreen for almost 2 years. Finacea Azelaic Acid 15% for 2 months and Anua Azelaic Acid 10% for 1.5 months.

I have skin that tans very easily as I am Southern European. Hyperpigmentation and PIE are a big concern for me.

I've improved my skin health a lot, but there are still some concerns I have. I want to improve my sunspots below my eyes, sebacious filaments on my nose and midface, tone & texture, and whatever else from your judgement of my pics.

Otherwise, my skin feels healthy and I do not peel or have any issues like that (which took me a long time to achieve, yay!). If it doesn't look healthy or there are other concerns then please let me know.

ROUTINE:

AM

\- Water Cleanse (I have a water softener)

\- Finacea Azelaic Acid 15% Gel

\- Vanicream Daily Facial Moisturizer

\- Hamilton Everyday Face SPF50+ Invisible

PM

\- Softymo Speedy Oil Cleanser

\- Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser

\- Tazaret Tazarotene 0.1% Cream

\- Vanicream Daily Facial Moisturizer (applied extra)

I have just recieved The Ordinary Lactic Acid 5% exfoliant as suggested by my surgeon who I initially seeked for laser treatment. She wante dme to try it out first before laser.

The only thing I am considering changing is my Cetaphil cleanser. If I leave it on for more than 15 seconds my face will become tight and dry, and is also the reason why I only cleanse in the PM.

All help is welcome!

Edit: I am looking into vitamin C serums and niacinamide but I'm wondering if it's redundant because of my current actives.
