Hello, I play Pokémon Legends Z-A on Switch 2, but not the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition. When I launched the game, it makes me start a new game despite still having save data (16.3GB). My Switch 2 indicates that the game's size is 7.2GB. I updated the game to its latest version and reset my Switch 2 without deleting save data but to no avail. Is this normal? I contacted the European Nintendo Support.
