Smart Scout is inaccurate

I got my subscription for Smart Scout on Friday, and I was playing around with it to find profitable products to sell that meet my criteria. Before though, i did ask them how accurate the tool was when it came to filtering, and they said very and that it would work for what i'm looking for, so i decided to spend the money. I have been using it since purchasing it when using their products too. I used a specific filter, and it gave the results; however, when I let it redirect me to Amazon, I used the same title to search for other products like the one they had given me, and most of the results would not meet the criteria of what I filtered for. The product they gave was one of the only products that met that criteria; keep in mind the other listings had similar titles and even product images, and it did not catch it. What they told me was that it would filter for ALL, but the results were different. I was very disappointed, so i reached out to them and let them know, and they stated it is a bit concerning it did not catch it, but it was not a priority. Yup. So I think I will be getting rid of my subscription, as I know exactly what I want, but it did not meet expectations. Are there any tools you guys recommend?
