I’m writing this because I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point.
Almost a year ago (May 8, 2025), my YouTube channel was terminated for “spam, deceptive practices and scams”. The problem is that I strongly believe this wasn’t caused by me. My account was compromised, and actions were taken without my control. Even to this day, I still receive login attempt alerts from countries I’ve never been in.
I’ve tried everything: appeals, support chats, emails, sending proof, but I always get the same response that the decision is final.
What confuses me the most is the “pilot program” YouTube mentions, where some creators may be able to request a new channel after 1 year. I’m very close to reaching that 1-year mark, but support keeps telling me there’s no guarantee or timeline.
I feel completely stuck. I lost my income, I can’t create new channels, and I’ve been dealing with this for almost a year now.
So I wanted to ask if anyone here has actually been accepted into that pilot program and allowed to create a new channel. I’d really like to know if the option appeared automatically in YouTube Studio and how long it took after the one-year mark.
Any real experience would help a lot. I just want to know if there’s any hope.
