How was your CMINDS PhD interview? What type of questions were asked?

I have an interview and test scheduled for IEOR. Can someone guide on what kind of topics are asked in the interview?

Is the test same for all candidates or is it separately tailored for people with background in Operations Research? I saw two different sample test papers on website.
