[Routine Help] Started taking skincare seriously at 28 — am I on the right path?
I’m 28 and only recently started actually trying to take care of my skin properly. For years I was honestly too scared to put products on my face because my skin felt sensitive and I was afraid of making things worse 😭 But doing absolutely nothing wasn’t helping either.
My main concerns are texture, tiny bumps, uneven tone and just overall dull looking skin.
Current routine:
AM:
Simple refreshing facewash
Cerave oil free moisturising gel
Screl sunscreen
PM:
Simple refreshing facewash
Differin gel
Cerave oil free moisturising gel
I started using Differin consistently for the past 2 months — first slowly, then built it up to around 5 days a week. I used the sandwich method in the beginning but eventually stopped because my skin seemed to tolerate it better.
I just wanted to know if I’m finally doing the right thing for my skin and heading in the right direction. Any honest advice is appreciated.
