Looking for advice - Permanent Residency

We applied for permanent residency (Spouse is Japanese) and received the feedback that we didn't get it.

It seems the reason is because we were using the menjou with our nenkin(年金). But this menjou(免除) system was put in place by the government and the city hall lady actually recommended that we take it. We switched it back to the full amount now but it seems unfair that you will make a system that you will later use against a person.

The letter includes an option to sue, Can we sue? since the menjou system was made by the government can we win ? Or should we wait to reapply?

My wife is very sad and we're looking for guidance.

Edit: They asked for more docs which we presented.
The whole thing took about 6 months (December last year)

Edit 2: From the comments i see it was purely my fault. Im just gonna take the L and retry later.
Thanks everyone.

Resume Help

Hello guys, would anyone who has recently landed a backend role care to share the resume they used? You can delete personal details but i would like to use it as a reference to fix my resume please.
I am facing issues going past the document screening stage.
Thank you.

Hello guys, i started this multilingual platform two months ago where i connect people to service providers in Okinawa. I currently focus more on the over 50,000 foreigners in Okinawa. The platform made about 80,000 yen last month (minus the service providers money).

I wanted to finance and run the whole thing myself at least in the beginning but getting the word out has been more financially demanding than i thought. I actually have a meeting with a Japanese client next week and a feature i need to push out ASAP.

I'm looking for someone willing to invest to help me get a sales/marketing person involved in spreading the word and to increase ad budget to the over 1Million people living in Okinawa so that i can focus on the platform development and maintenance.

I believe this has the potential to reach over 1m MRR a month this year alone.
The platform url is yuitasu.com.

If you are interested, we can discuss the details in a zoom call or dm. Im happy to answer any questions you may have.

Any advice is also welcome.

Hi everyone, I’m currently looking for a remote Backend, Full-stack, or Infrastructure Engineer role.

Tech stack:

Frontend
• Vue / Nuxt
• React / Next.js

Backend
• Go
•NodeJs
• Python
• PHP
• Java

Infra / Cloud
• AWS, Fly, Wasabi, Vercel, XServer
• Kubernetes
• Docker

I have experience building and maintaining production web applications, APIs, internal tools, and cloud infrastructure. Im a very fast learner and I speak very good Japanese as well.

I can only work within the Japanese timezone (JST) as im based in Japan, but I’m open to remote teams globally.

If your company is hiring, or you know of any opportunities, I’d appreciate a referral or DM.
Thanks.
