HDD cage noise and cooling solution?

I have two 6-bay CENMATE HDD boxes under the desk in my bedroom. Each box has two 70mm 12V fans and they are noisy like jet engines. I tried using a controller to undervolt for quieter rpm, but now the drives are now running a bit hot (disks in the center runs at 56C when ambient is 25C).

Is there any solution to balance noise and cooling? Besides moving the server to another room (difficult due to ethernet layout in my rented apartment)

I'm considering putting it in a large container where I can install larger fans running at lower rpm. Could this help?

Hi I am new to KiCad and currently working on my first FPC design.

I already set the board thickness, material, and constraints parameters to manufacture's capabilities. Now I'm trying to have DRC that alarms for "islands on coverlay" but don't know how. I check the v10 doc but most utility functions are clearance/size related.

To further complicate this, the manufacture informed me that the coverlay islands can be connected with a "bridge" with width >=0.5mm. Is there a way to have custom DRC other than manual inspection?

Is there any other FPC design practice I can implement in KiCad? Eg. warning for track stacking, sharp edge, track fillet, teardrop, venting holes in large area, etc.

I can't use up the requests I have paid for this month thanks to multiple rate limiting. Usually I use 400-600 requests monthly.

Adopting a new payment model is fine but they seems have no transition plan at all and treat current paid customers like trash.

I hope at least the refund works.
