Advice on weight loss?

Hey everyone!

I've started a calorie deficit at the start of april, starting at 227. I would say that my 2 most successful weeks were 2nd and 3rd week, where I dropped 7 lbs, in which I started drinking lots of water.

I've continued this effort. Unfortunately, i've stayed inbetween 217 and 220 since then. Which piss me off, i'll be honest. I'm keeping track of my calories (i'm on average between 1700 and 2200 cal daily), i've gave the same amount of effort at the gym (10 minutes of cardio, ~1.5 hours of training 3 times per week).

It's not like it was just fat, I know that a lot of that weight is muscle and i'm aware that muscle weight more than fat, just that I have love handles that I could lose, and overall I never really liked weighting myself!
