[Mobile (I can only account Android and Android-based platforms, games were downloaded from Google Play Store) and PC;game engine of the former games could possibly be Unity or Flash,or both][Release date:Late 2000's/Early 2010's,I reckon];Interactive Mecha Dinosaur Construction Combat Games *
I have, through my daily process of though, managed to muster memories of a video game series--which I played as a child--on my old Tesla TTL7 (2014) tablet and PC (personal computer) that used to have colour cathode ray tube display (14-inch?) and Windows XP operating system.Since it has become my current perplexing query,as I am unable to find the games themselves on the internet, nor am I am able to remember the name of the former (which most certainly I never knew, considering the name of the aforementioned series of video games were,to the extent of my memory, only available in foreign Asian language),I have decided to--for the first time--contact this sub-reddit,in search of useful information regarding the said games.Since it is my first time creating a post,I would be very diligent in terms of description, but my placement of paragraphs will not be akin to the suggested template.*
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
*Regardless, the post itself would be comprehensible and important parts will be separated to further ensure coherence.
Regarding my memory,I am able to distinguish two platforms:PC and Android.I cannot account for iOS platform,as I never owned an Apple device, nor did I play the games on the said devices in the first place.I also need to inscribe important information that I also account for Android-based platforms,as the games were downloaded directly from Google Play Store.Regarding the game engine,I am unable to precisely identify them, but with my limited knowledge I am alluding to mobile versions were created in Unity engine, while the PC versions were either created in Unity or Flash game engine.
Considering the art-style,the level of graphics rendering and the construction of the game, along with the year I played these games (the oldest year I can remember interacting with the former is 2015),I assume the game series started in late 2000's,or early 2010's.As I mentioned before, the games themselves were only available in Asian language (I reckon Chinese or Japanese).I have memories of one game title but I stopped considering writing the name of the game by memory,as the dimness of the memory of the former would seriously affect the comprehension of the name, since the name written by me would most definitely result with an illegible text.
The title 'Interactive Mecha Dinosaur Construction Games' was my bold attempt at providing a game title for the already-mentioned series of video-games,while also describing the premise of the games themselves. The premise, itself,is based on that one video game contains one mecha dinosaur machine you can construct in a factory and 'play with'.The player has to firstly assemble the mechs by connecting pieces in the middle of the screen, which are available at the bottom on the screen, represented by being on conveyor belts (I only have dim memories of this part of the screen).Once the mech has been constructed, you can 'play' with the mech--in either the factory where the mech was constructed,or even on the streets of a city,as I recount seeing one screenshot of one of the games with city background on Google Lens approximately ten years ago--by making the mech perform certain animations, such as stomp, bite, crush, shoot plasma and use mounted weapons (i.e. grenade launchers).I cannot state that the latter is credible enough to be considered seriously,as the memories of such animations are also very dim.
The video games are in two-dimensional perspective, with the mechs themselves being coloured with vibrant colours (picture the Gundam art-style for the mechs)with multiple colour for each part,,while having visors and bionic organs as eyes and claws and teeth being exceptionally appearing as sharp and jet grey. The factory background has a grey shade, with wires and the lines integrated into the wall. The city background is set at night, with brutalist architechture (skyscrapers and small apartment buildings next to said skyscrapers),with a detail of small, yet flashing lights displayed in the background that are set on windows of these buildings, whom amplify the liveliness of the setting itself.
The most notable mechs I can muster currently is a red Tyrannosaurus-Rex with a combination of scarlet, cyan, and light green and jet grey colours into its design, while having grass green bionic (?) eyes.I can also muster an emerald green Stegosaurus with lime visors as eyes and azure blue, emerald green, along with cloud white (?) body colours, and a different version of the red Tyrannosaurus-Rex that is jet black, has crimson eyes, jet grey teeth and claws with reddish hue.The last two dinosaurs are available inside 'interactive games',which there were plenty but only contained one dinosaur per game, and in a Player-versus-Environment (that is or was potentially a Player-versus-Player) video games which combined content from the aforementioned 'interactive games' into a single game with progression based system.I would explain this game in just a moment.
The last game in question is the most interesting game in the series. The game is characterized with combat (Players-versus-Environment and Player-versus-Player as mentioned earlier) and a system of progression (I am unable to fully remember this game detail,I can dimly remember that you start with only the red Tyrannosaurus-Rex,whom was mentioned before, and the player is supposed to win in combat duels against other mecha dinosaurs to progress and unlock new mecha dinosaurs). The combat itself is set in a two-dimensional environment with different backgrounds,on the upper parts of the screen bars, which represented the health of the dinosaur mechs in combat duels, the player had options to attack the opponent with certain amount of attacks which were activated by pressing buttons, placed on the lower part of the screen (viz Super Mechs combat UI).I also need to mention a very notable feature of progression:which are mecha dinosaur bosses. The aforementioned Stegosaurus and jet black Tyrannosaurus-Rex were both featured as bosses in that game, with the former having a lush jungle with a temple (possibly inspired by Buddhist or Shinto religion temples) and an energetic music which contained instruments such as flute and harp;the second mecha dinosaur boss in question had a metal junkyard as a background, filled with tires and wrecks, while having a very aggressive hard rock/death punk theme. And yes,so far I am not sure what other music themes were present,as I can only remember one rock theme from the 'interactive games'.I also have to mention that this was, probably, the only game that was available in multiple languages (such as English),as I reckon.
I am absolutely unable to source the game from my old computer, while my Tesla TTL7 (2014) tablet became non-functional nine years ago (my 'diagnosis' is faulty battery or charging jack).I'd also in position to mention that I played the last game on my newer Lenovo E8 tablet, but the e-mail address--that was used to login to Google Play Store on it--cannot be found (and thus I can't search the app install history);the Lenovo tablet itself was factory reset,I suppose, two years ago, which makes the device currently redundant for the purpose of finding the identity of these games.I am also giving large effort to repairing the Tesla TTL7 (2014) tablet, entirely or to an extent that its integral storage could be accesses,as it contains a plethora of apps and video games that could be considered lost or forgotten today.I will notify this sub-reddit of my restoration progress, and will also create more posts if this one bears fruit. If possible,I would suggest sharing this post to other sub-reddits or internet locations that could be of use to uncovering the games in question.
