I am a US citizen, my wife is a Danish citizen. I plan to move over to denmark next year through spousal reunification, but I want to visit again before I leave permanently. My wife wants me to bring the cat when i visit (no matter what I bring him when I move permanently.), because it's more her cat than mine and we want to get him adjusted to the apartment without my other cat. I see that I need a non-commercial certificate if I fly with him, but since I plan to leave him there do I need a commercial certificate, even though we are married?

I'd really like to not have to get a commercial once since it is way more difficult, but obviously I don't want to strand the poor guy if he can't be let in.
