Why is my strapless bra creasing in the middle of the cup

My strapless bra stays up, looks good under clothes and has a smooth line at the top of the cup. BUT it creases in the middle of the cup horizontally. does this mean my bra is too small in the cup? it’s a cleo faith in 28F
