Probleme avec mon lenovo loq 15IRH8
Hello, while I was watching a video without touching my computer, the screen turned white with thin horizontal lines (the photo makes the lines look weird) as shown in the picture. When I connect my computer to the TV via HDMI, it displays my computer’s screen, but when I go online, I get a DNS error (ever since I started having this screen issue). I tested the ping using the Command Prompt, and there is no packet loss. What should I do, please?

Bonjour, alors que je regardais une vidéo sans toucher mon pc, l’écran est devenu blanc avec des fines lignes horizontales ( la photo rend les lignes bizarres) comme sur la photo. Lorsque je branche le pc en hdmi sur la TV cela affiche mon pc mais quand je vais sur internet, cela me marque une erreur de dns (depuis que j’ai le probleme avec l’ecran). J’ai testé le ping avec la cmd et il n’y a aucune perte de paquet. Que faire svp?
