Did I overspend in points for my trip?

YYZ - YYJ June 27th - July 4th, round trip. 2 people, standard economy fare. Paid 69,700 per person (139,400) plus $196.16 in taxes and fees.

I thought it was going to be CA $1,813.24 initially but the math looks to be around $2200 worth of points spent

My laptop's i7-10750H can only output two monitors at 1440p 60hz?

It's a Dell XPS 9500, connected via TB3 to a Dell WB19TB dock. The Monitors are using displayport 2.1 for one and HDMI 2.1 for the other.

Is this an expected limitation of the iGPU of the laptop? I'm not trying to run any games, just get 2560x1440p 120 or 165hz while having a second monitor at 1440p 60hz.

Monitors are a Dell S2721DGF and a Samsung LU28R55 (running at 1440p).

I feel like my therapist is uninterested in what I'm saying.

She kept looking out the window to whatever was going outside as I was speaking, this went on for like 15 minutes. It felt pretty rude and I wanted to say something about it, but didn't want to come off as combative or having animosity. But at the same time I am paying for her services/time.

I made a chicken curry but it lacks any complexity of flavour. What could I change next time?

I tried to make a curry myself, which consisted of:

3 chicken breasts

2tbps of tomato paste

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp grated ginger

1.5 tsp Garam masala

1 tsp Ground coriander

1 tsp Cumin ground

0.5 tsp Ground turmeric

~0.25 tsp Chili powder

1 Bay leaf

0.5 tsp Table salt

0.25 tsp Ground black pepper

1 can of coconut milk

~ 485g of Frozen vegetable mix (onions, celery, carrots, peppers) (it was just what was left in the bag)

It seems to be lacking something, but I'm not sure what. I was thinking next time I would some amchoor powder maybe? Perhaps I didn't sear the chicken well enough, I let the pan get too hot and I was cutting the chicken, so my ghee started to smoke. I turned down the heat from high to medium but then the heat was quickly squelched, so rather than getting a maillard reaction browning, the chicken ended up becoming greyish color. The intention was to sear it and then let it simmer to a finish in the sauce and veggies.

Edit: there are more responses then I can reply to here. Thank you everyone for the advice, I am reading every comment.
