I interviewed with BO roughly a year ago (it was a couple of months before the big lay off happened, don't remember exactly the dates). The ranges for 20+ year experience in engineering were right at 200k a year, but know it seems like they are at most 150k.

Also I was told the interview process is different now, no more presentations, just 1:1 meeting, which i found interesting.

Do those numbers sound right? Or does it change depending on the division? Or is that just the state of the market right now? This is all for Florida based positions btw. Thanks!

My ELO is ~1200 Rapid on Lichess. Last two games I played i was getting destroyed, and suddenly my opponent just left the game, giving me the win.

One could be a coincidence where my opponent's internet just died or something, but two? Has anyone experienced something similar? Are they just trying to lose elo so they can play lower rated opponent's? Thanks!

I want to use my last Saks credit ever (actually my wife does), my this is my question. Is the shipping included into the $50 credit?

Let's say I get a $40 item, plus $10 shipping, do I get a $50 credit? O do I get $40 credit, and pay $10? Thanks!
