I sold an item about two weeks ago that went through ebay's authenticity guarantee team. I thought all was well, as on my end it just shows as delivered. The buyer has reached out to me and says it was returned to the sender. I don't have the tracking number that was assigned post-authentication, so I have no way to confirm this. I recommended they reach out to ebay, is that all I can do to help them?
