I published a Foundry VTT module that improves Pathfinder's inventory!

Enhanced Inventory is a module for PF2e that replaces the default inventory with a spatial, grid-based system. Items have physical dimensions and take up space. Each item has different dimensions that you can edit whenver you want. Your players now have to manage actual space, bulk is now visually displayed!

The module's integration is seemless, If you're interested take a look here (I don't know why I can't upload a video with the post?): https://youtu.be/ntOJDHEiYXY

If you're interested it is a paid module that is obtainable on my Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/cw/TheFinalArtificer

Been working on a V20 system for Foundry

Man It's been some grueling couple of months, but I've made some real progress and just wanted to share this. My players have been nagging me about when we'll start our chronicle, and I've been telling them to hold off until I finish it (It's been 4 months lol).

I'll also publish it on Foundry if anyone is interested in using it!

Standout features:

  • Applies penalties like wound penalties and armor penalties automatically. Calculates movement speed if injured
    • Applies effects from Disciplines like Fortitude increasing Stamina
  • Makes the combat MUCH faster, the combat will be mostly automated, wounds will be automatically applied and recognized by type, comparing dice if you succeeded or failed will be automatically calculated, the damage and the soak rolls will happen simultaneously, etc...
  • Item types like weapon, armor and discipline can be equipped. Weapons have things like requirements to equip, damage type, capacity already taken into account in combat
  • Fully working character generator

I also have so much planned for it! I'll be announcing its release here when it comes out if people are interested!

Can't read the fights

I didn't watch the anime so I can get the actual story from the manga, I like the story so far and the art isn't half bad, I'm also an avid manga reader, so this isn't my first manga.

But GODDAMN I shouldn't be focusing this hard to understand what is going on in fights.

I must've read over 6000 chapters of manga in my life at the very least and I don't think I've EVER had to focus this hard to undersand what is going on in fights as much as I had to try here.

I thought kagurabachi's clarity was bad, but this is really pissing me off.

Sorry, I just had to let all of it out somewhere.

Content Name: Mindscape

Content Type: Module

System: System-Agnostic

Hey everyone, I just released a new module, Mindscape gives you a visual canvas inside your sidebar where you can organize locations, track actors, take notes, and plan your session flow all while allowing you to run your session using theater of mind.

Why I made it

I needed a new way to organize and run my session. I tried other session management modules and they take too much of the screen, some theater of the mind modules don't have session management and some are too clunky to use. In short, none had everything I wanted, I needed something easy to use and more importantly, intuitive. Thus, Mindscape was born.

What it does:

Locations are visual cards you place on a canvas. Just drag any image you want and it becomes a location. Nest them inside each other to build a hierarchy of your world. Drag to rearrange, connect them with lines, double-click to go deeper.

Mindscape Scene (Theater of Mind) let you click "Show" on any location and your players see it full-screen. Drag actors onto the scene and they drop in as portrait tokens. Built with theater of mind combat in mind, you can target other portraits, see any spell effects and more importantly for the mindscape scene, see any effects like FX master's effects such as snow and rain.

Actors Board is a space for mapping out how your characters relate to each other. Drag actors in, draw connections, add tags, write notes per character. The notes button shows up on every token's HUD across all scenes, so you can check your notes on an NPC mid-session without switching to anything.

Location notes drop directly onto the location canvas. Drag them, resize them, write whatever you need, you can also see which actors are in the scene currently and have a button to bring your party to this scene for quick use.

Plot Line is a branching flowchart for planning your session. Lay out beats, connect them (including branching paths for player choices), then display the flow on your canvas during play.

Clues Kit Integration for anyone using that module. Link clue folders to locations so your clues are one click away when you navigate somewhere. Folder hierarchies mirror your location structure automatically.

Compatibility:

Tested on V13, and V14. Should work on V12, but untested

Last Note

Big, big features are coming for the V14 of Foundry, and updates to the module should integrate it deeply into Foundry's systems, instead of it competing with the main systems.

Happy to answer questions or hear feedback if anyone gives it a try.

Hi, I played Skyrim so long ago modpacks on this scale didn't exist as far as I remember.

I hated going through hundreds of mods, making load order, etc...

The amount of modpacks is also overwhelming right now so I need some recommendations, I know exactly what I want the modpack to have, I just can't decide which ones to try.

This is what I like:

  • Realistic and hard combat, doesn't mean I don't want to be strong, but I like hard combat and I want to earn the progression
  • Immersive combat, I don't like the game elements some modpacks have, I don't want health bars above enemies, I like to be fully immersed in the game, also some modpacks have great looking combat while others seem barely like an improvement above vanilla skyrim, weapons should have weight behind, blocking, parrying and magic also need to be polished
    • I like nice animations, and I don't mean flashy ones, I mean smooth animations that don't remind me that I'm playing 2012 skyrim
  • Focus on third person, this goes for combat, also things like showing unequipped weapons on the character model, smooth animations
  • Immersive world in everyway, I like survival elmeents, I remember there used to be temperature mod and hunger, thirst, etc...
  • Graphics, no need for insane graphics, but my pc can handle anything so the nicer the better
  • Story/world, I want improvements, but I haven't played the game in 10 years so I can't remember the original events clearly anyway
  • Parkour, I saw a video of a parkour mod, this is what made me want to play the game again

Anything else apart from those preferences I don't have a strong opinion on, any other additions I would welcome.

Thanks to everyone in advance for responding!
