PSA: Your Boxwoods aren't dying; they have flies.
Howdy folks. It's that time of the year again. Everybody's boxwoods look half dead. It's not because of winter damage: they are infested with boxwood flies.
Not to worry! You can make your boxwoods look back to normal by spraying them with bug spray that has imidacloprid or dinotefuran in it. However, I have found the Ortho Home Defense very effective, and I am sure you have a bottle of that lying around your house. Spray them and watch your boxwoods come back to life.
