Going to school for my prereqs - what are some non-retail positions available?

As the title says, I’m going to be pursuing a PharmD in the US come the fall, and everywhere I look (especially on Reddit) pharmacists are disillusioned and regretful. They are stuck working in big grocery store chains, and chain-pharmacies such as CVS and Walgreens.

What are some other options available to me out of school? I’ve come to peace with the fact that I *will* work a retail pharmacy job at some point; it’s not ideal, but I can handle it. I’m a tech currently, so I understand the ins and outs of that environment to a degree. But I would like to not make that my end goal, and I would like to hear from pharmacists that aren’t stuck in such situations.

Building my own list; what to use with CS?

Looking through everything I’ve added bug fixes, Edge UI, and others. I’ve moved onto CS and Azurite Weathers and am definitely enjoying it, but am trying to up the *oomph* factor visually. What else can I add before I move onto retexturing everything? I’ve looked into ReShade a tad, and that seems like a good fit. What’re some good presets?

Thank you!

Looking for a performance friendly list to build upon

So basically I want to skip all the graphics and bug fixing myself (yes I’m lazy I know) and have it all done for me. The thing is, graphics and bug fixing lists are too intensive for my system. Anvil? Can’t hit above 30 fps. CSVO was cruising at a crisp 10 fps.

The thing is I CAN run some graphically intensive lists; just not as far as 4K textures, PBR, and things along that nature.

Is there a list that fits these criteria? Or would I be better off just figuring it out myself.
