I need a small build with a 2000 AED budget that wont occupy much space

So my friend is thinking to buy ps5 but i told him buy pc its better, i am a ps5 owner myself and i dont like getting a ps5 for 2k and then every game for 100 aed, and a good game for 200+, so what build can run like modern warfare 1,2,3 and mainly mw4? like comfortably atleast 60fps, new preferably, thank you

Looking For advice for my pc specs that im planning to use in my build

So i wanted to ask whether these prices and parts are good or not? im on a budget but want good fps and performance in some AAA titles, im mostly going to play games like rdr2, assasins creed, forza horizon 6, call of duty warzone, modern warfare 2 and 3, and other good games,
Here is my build im planning to buy:

  • RTX 5060 — 1220 AED
  • AMD Ryzen 5 7500F — 464 AED
  • A620M-B motherboard — 310 AED
  • 16GB DDR5 RAM (single stick) — 500 AED(double stick costs more for some reason, this is temporary till i save up more money)
  • ADATA Legend 710 512GB NVMe — 207 AED
  • DeepCool PF650 PSU — 164 AED
  • DeepCool AG200 cooler — 56 AED
  • Twisted Minds case — 129 AED

For monitor im probably going to get atleast 160hz, budget for monitor is about 350-370 aed, 27 inch would be too big for me since my desk is not that big, 24 inch is better i would say, please do let me know if this is good and what should i change? Remember i am on a budget,
