I’m starting my first seasonal gig next week at The Ranch at Rock Creek - all of my previous hospitality experience has been year round work in NYC. With this contract ending on Nov 4th, I’m curious to hear some recommendations yall might have for winter time gigs.

I could go either way - cold or warm climate - no real preference, but I’m more intrigued by interesting and fun work environments. For reference I’ll be bartending at The Ranch - but would be looking at all FOH and F&B Management roles. Thanks in advance for the recs!
