Advice Needed - 8th Gen Civic Mountings

I have a 2011 Honda Civic 1.8lxi Auto sedan (right hand drive). It's currently on +/- 209,000km. On the first cold start of the day, I get a rough vibration, which gets worse once I engage reverse. Once the car warms up, this vibration is still present, and I can even feel it when reversing. It's only after a little while that it settles and disappears.

My lower torque mount was soaked with oil from a previous oil leak which I repaired a few months ago. So I replaced the lower torque mount, with an original from Honda, but the issue is still present. All other mounts seem to be intact, but obviously one of them is the culprit. The question is, which one? Is it the upper torque rod, main hydraulic mount (cone), or the transmission mount? My mechanic insists that it's the cone mount, as Honda themselves have told him that clients typically replace the cone mount as well when replacing the lower torque mount.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation before? And if so, how did you go about resolving it?
